He identified a gap in the market in 1985 and through careful planning acquired his first property in 1988.  Within 4 months another 4 properties were added to this. 

Sanjay is experienced in sourcing ideal invesment properties and has extensive knowledge of arranging finance, life cover and rental management.  He is well versed with the problems faced by investors when developing their property portfolios which clients benefit from.

Sanjay has developed the Fuse business model, incorporating "pound cost averaging" which takes into consideration both strong and weaker market conditions.  This has proven to ride recessions and other unpredicted market influences. He has also developed a model for buying properties that provides a level of income by using a relatively small amount of money for acquisition. 

Today the strength of Sanjay's approach is clear as he has built a substantial property portfolio for both himself and his clients.
